毎日大声で怒鳴る上司

入社一年目、強面で一見してカタギに見えない係長の下に就きました。毎日フロア中に響き渡る大声で喋り、怒鳴ります。
私も怒鳴られますが、それ以上にチームメイトの先輩も嫌がらせのように怒鳴られます。
●例えば先輩がミスをして怒鳴られて、3秒後にミスをフォローする作業に入らないと「さっさとやれ！ボケ」怒鳴りつける。
（先輩はミスを確認してからフォローに入ろうとしたのに..)
●査定を発表する時、「お前は○査定、お前は▲査定。 俺は昔、奇跡といわれる☆査定（←かなり良い査定）をよく貰っていたよ。ガハハハハ..以降延々と自慢」
●私が係長に報告・説明をしていると私の声や身振りを真似し始めてから怒鳴る。
毎日頑張っているけど疲れました。
毎日その人が隣に居るだけで吐き気がするほどになりました。
その係長が嫌で病気になり辞めた人も居ますが、就職活動で苦労して入社しただけに、辞めたくないです。
